My Background

I have more than 16 years of experience working with children, young people, and families.

My journey began at Acorn Nursery School in the UK, where I learned the importance of patience, trust, and truly seeing each child. I later trained as a Montessori teacher and completed a Master’s degree in Art Therapy in Singapore.

I am also completing ICF-accredited training in Transformative Coaching.

I have worked in private homes, children’s homes, and international environments, including supporting high-net-worth families. These experiences have shaped my warm, calm, and private approach, grounded in respect for each family’s individuality.

Family Art Therapy

Art Therapy offers a gentle and creative way for families to express emotions that are difficult to put into words.
It can:

  • support deeper understanding

  • strengthen communication

  • improve emotional connection

  • bring families closer together

Art becomes a safe bridge for expression, connection, and healing.

Who I Support

I work with parents, young people, and whole families seeking:

  • clearer communication

  • stronger relationships

  • more peace at home

  • support during transitions or stress

Sessions may include transformative coaching, art therapy, or a blend of both tailored to what each family needs most.

My Approach

My style is warm, calm, and confidential.
I take time to listen deeply and understand what each person or family is experiencing.

Together, we explore emotional awareness, communication patterns, and practical tools that strengthen connection and resilience.

My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, understood, and more connected in your daily life.

Transformative Coaching & Art Therapy

Once trust is established, I offer online sessions for individuals and families.

I provide a safe space where clarity can emerge naturally.

My role is to guide you gently toward your strengths, new insights, and lasting positive change at your pace and in your way.

What Can I Expect in a Transformative Coaching Session?

  • Both Transformative Coaching and Art Therapy sessions last 60 minutes.

  • At the beginning of each session, I will invite you to share what you would like to focus on.
This may be an area where you want more clarity, a challenge you are facing, or the intention for the session.

  • Throughout our time together, we explore this theme in depth.
I use open-ended questions to encourage reflection, insight, and self-awareness.

  • As the session unfolds, I may introduce tools or guided explorations to help you view the situation from new perspectives.
This may include considering how someone else might see or feel about the situation, which often brings greater understanding and clarity.

  • Every exploration is fully tailored to your needs, goals, and personal pace.

Toward the end of the session, we reflect together on:

  • What you discovered about yourself

  • Any insights or shifts that stood out

  • What next steps or actions feel supportive moving forward

  • Booking another session is always optional and guided entirely by your needs and preferences.

What Can I Expect in an Art Therapy Session?

  • Art Therapy is creative, explorative, and designed to strengthen emotional expression and connection whether individually or as a family.

  • We use a range of art materials and creative activities to explore feelings in a gentle, supportive way, always tailored to your goals.

  • In the first session, we discuss what you hope to achieve so that the activities feel meaningful and aligned.

  • As sessions progress, activities may evolve to reflect new goals or emerging insights.
Any updates will be included in the consent form to ensure clarity and that both therapist and client remain aligned.

  • Art Therapy does not require any artistic skills just curiosity and openness.

Jennifer P. Williams

Through Laure coaching, I learned to once again, live with love and approach things from the heart.

This change in myself, changed the energy around me, changed the energy I was giving and recieving and most fundamentally, changed the energy in my family circle.

My home and family became one of calm, warmth and lightness. I no longer identify with my old patterns and have been able to let go of ego-driven responses. I have stepped into a life that aligns with who I truly am and with my deepest spiritual values. The transformation continues to show up in subtle ways-in how I listen, relate, and exist.

I can’t recommend Laure transformative coaching enough.
